A historical booking photo is a records-request question. A police incident report, a court result, a state-custody record, and a federal or immigration custody record each belong with different custodians.
- Current or recent county intake: use the JCSO current Inmate Search, the past-24-hour arrests PDF, and the current-inmates PDF.
- Historical county photo or booking record: submit a detailed request through the JCSO records-request channel. Fees may apply, and the available form does not promise one fixed turnaround.
- City incident reports: use the records path for Beaumont Police Department, Port Arthur Police Department, or Nederland Police Department, depending on the arresting agency.
- Court result: contact the clerk for the court where the case is filed. A booking charge or current-custody entry is not a final disposition.
- State custody: use Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmate information. That state channel is separate from Jefferson County jail intake.
- Federal or immigration custody: use the Bureau of Prisons locator or the ICE Online Detainee Locator, which are separate custody systems.
